Serrano.

Serrano ham is a Spanish dry-cured ham produced in the region of Andalusia. Its mild and pleasant taste makes it a classic Spanish delicacy.

The light-skinned hams are salted, seasoned and dried for at least seven months in a room with very slowly rising air temperature located in mountainous region of Andalusia. Only then do they receive the official, protected designation of origin "Serrano".

Our producer in Andalusia has been working on the production of Serrano ham for a long time, a process that requires a lot of patience, attention and precision. The authentic final product is therefore the result of years of experience and passion.

The popular Serrano ham has a mild yet rich flavour. Moreover, it is low in fat and rich in iron and protein, which is why it is often recommended to people with cases of anaemia or iron deficiency.
