At Iberdeli you will also find various special types of game meats from Spain and Eastern Europe. We work with a number of specialists in for example deer and wild boar meats as well as various types of poultry such as ducks, geese and pheasants.

Spanish game is characterised by its unique taste, a direct consequence of the animals' fertile living environment. Deer and wild boar, for example, feed on a very diverse range of foodstuffs in the natural landscape of Extremadura in southwest Spain, which benefits the quality and nutritional value of the meat. The high protein content and low fat and cholesterol levels also make the meat healthy.

For game, Iberdeli has been working for more than 10 years with Carnicas Dibe, a leading game producer from El Gordo with more than 40 years of experience. Once shot, the wild boars and deer are transported in refrigerated vehicles directly to the factory, where they are processed and packaged. The entire process, from hunting to packaging, is monitored by hygiene and quality inspectors as well as veterinarians.

In Eastern Europe, Iberdeli also works with various partners in the game and poultry industry. We only work with producers that meet the strictest hygiene and quality standards.
